My family settled in this district in the 1850’s and never left. We have been farming
Manaia View Farms for 35 years now and can’t actually remember a time without
Hansen. I use pretty much the entire Hansen range on my farm; Alkathene pipe fittings,
ballcocks, tank level indicators, taps and non-return valves.
One of my neighbours asked me for advice once how to best connect up a few water
lines he was planning to add to his system. I told him “If you put a Hansen poly fitting
in the ground you know it’s fine and it’ll stay there, you can totally rely on that.” After
my neighbour asked me where he can get these fittings from I told him “Go to Arnold

range. No matter which shape or size fitting you need, you’ll be able to find it there.”
I’m confident to recommending Hansen as I’ve used the products for so long, I know
they’re fit for their purpose. I have tried others but always came back to Hansen,
others are just not as good. For example, I have a series of 6 water taps all mounted
on a board, half of them are Hansen, the other half are not. The Hansen taps are
working a treat while the others have become brittle in the sun and the handles have
fallen off so are no longer functioning - they will be replaced with Hansen now.
It always comes back to the quality and reliability of Hansen products. There’s just no
comparison.
